Second session of EU Delegation's Video Art Series held at Europa House

On 23 January 2013, the second session of the EU Delegation's Video Art Series: "Learned Something New" was held at Europa House. In addition to the scheduled lecture by series moderator Professor Stephen Sarrazin, a guest appearance was made by Belgian artist Thomas Israël who joined Professor Sarrazin in a discussion on the current climate surrounding video, multi-media, and digital art in Europe and Japan.
